CGF is a unique Non-Banking Financial Institution, which exclusively provides Financial Services, to the Construction Industry. CGF’s product portfolio mainly comprises of the issuance of various types of project related Bonds and Guarantees, Bridging Finance and Factoring, to the Construction Contractors.
| The unique nature of CGF is depicted, in its service oriented product, i.e. the providing of Bonds and Guarantees to Contractors, without obtaining collateral from them, while ensuring the interests of the CGF are safeguarded. This is done, by the CGF employing a risk-based underwriting approach, together with the applying of unique and innovative contractor and project evaluation and monitoring techniques. |
