Mr. Lionel Mulleriyawa started his carrier at Irrigation Department and served Galoya Development board, Land Army, Territorial Civil Engineering Organization, Department of highways for more than 10 years as an engineer experiencing in Project Planning and implementation thereafter he joined ILO for 10 years served in several countries as UNDP expert in Rural Development and co-operative sector backed in Sri Lanka 10 years at National Construction Association of Sri Lanka and 10 years at Construction Guarantee Fund as General Manager
